Homes near Crossrail value up £170,000

Homes within walking distance of a Crossrail station have soared in value by up to £170,000 in the last two years.
Even though tunneling is complete it will be two years before the first passenger will use the east to west link but homes in the outlying areas are already reaping the rewards according to data from the Land Registry. Property expert, Marta De Sousa, spoke about the soaring property prices.
