London without Limits to show experience of vision impaired

London without Limits is a festival that launches today to help give Londoners an insight in to how vision impaired young people experience some of the capital’s top past times.

From eating burgers blindfolded to having a makeup tutorial from a blind makeup artist the event is open to everyone. Tom Pey, Chief Executive for the Royal London Society for Blind People and Campaign Officer Katherine Payne joined us to explain more.
