Adoption process taking ‘too long’

The Children and families minister says the adoption process is still taking "far too long". 

Speaking to London Live, Edward Timpson and Dr Carol Homden from children's charity Coram said more than 450 children are in need of new parents in the capital. 

It comes as the Government has promised to spend £30 million to speed up the process.
