Vacant Building Credit raises concerns

Landlords bringing empty buildings back into use get a financial incentive called the Vacant Builidng Credit.

There are many voices of concern over the credit. London Assembly Planning Committee held a planning meeting to discuss the issues around it.

Nicky Gavron, Chair of the London Assembly Planning Committee was a part of the meeting and spoke to London Live.
