Connecting young people with creative opportunities

Creativity Works is a youth employment programme.

It aims to connect young Londoners from some of the most deprived areas with job opportunities in the capital’s growing creative sector.

This year the focus has been on the festival industry, and 40 young people have been worked in placements at festivals in the capital.

Louise Barnell from Creativity Works, as well as two trainees Chloe Smith and Jordan Reilly came into the studio to explain more.
