Young Londoners fighting depression

A group of Londoners who have suffered from depression have produced a film to show what having mental health issues can be like.

The film, entitled Facing Shadows, was produced in partnership with the Anna Freud Centre and shown at the British Film Institute,

It documents the thoughs and feelings behind depression by telling people's stories stories from the perspective of their parents.
