The Bow Sewing group helping immigrants to learn English and start businesses


Moving to London from abroad can be a difficult and terrifying experience, according to most who've done it. But one woman has been trying to help, with a sewing group.

Mona Nashed started her sweing group in Bow to give her somewhere to practice her skills, but now it's a cultural cornerstone for those hoping to learn english, practice real life skills for employment, and even escape serious problems at home.

London Live went down to Bow to take a look.
