Visiting all London Underground stations in less than 17 hours

Mayoral candidate Christian Wolmar set himself an unusual challenge - a world record attempt he was confident even Usain Bolt and Mo Farah wouldn't beat. 

The Labour member aimed to visit all 270 stations on the London Underground network within 16 hours, 14 minutes and 10 seconds - the previously set record.
