How do the summer holidays affect the job market?

The summer might be about holidays and taking time off work.... and it seems that's effecting the capital's jobs market. 

Last month saw a decrease in the number of professional opportunities available in London.

And although job opportunities continue to rise, recruiters slow down efforts during the holidays.
