Fears for Finborough Theatre

A tiny theatre above a pub in Earl's Court is at risk of closing, according to those who run it. They say the Finborough is under threat from plans to convert part of the building into flats. We spoke to the artistic director to get his side of the story and to Shelley Chopra, the developer behind this project. She said she had been liaising with the Finborough and the Theatres Trust to ensure they are happy with the plans and sould implement any recommendations it makes to ensure both the theatre and residents are not adversely affected."

A decision is due on the planning application in September.
