Gender pay gap causes women to work two free months every year

Female managers are working for free for nearly two months a year because of the gender pay gap.

A survey of nearly 72,000 UK managers found that women in managerial positions were being paid up to 23 per cent less than their male counterparts. 

The report also showed that there are fewer older women in executive roles.
