Raising awareness of depression

As depression becomes an increasing concern in the capital, an event to raise awareness of mental health issues launches in west London today.

All about improving health, wellbeing and letting people know of the free support available in Kensington and Chelsea, the focus is on what organisers are describing as the five factors of healthy living.

Here to tell us more is Christina Bengston from the Depression Alliance which is running this event with the NHS service 'Take Time to Talk'.
