Saving London's pubs

In recent months London has seen several cases of pubs being demolished, without planning permission - perhaps the best known case is that of the Carlton Tavern in Maida Vale. Historic England has now earmarked the reconstruction to be listed, to protect its future, along with several others across the capital.
