Teaching toddlers fire safety

Children as young as three are to be taught about road traffic accidents, house fires and flooding as part of a new scheme being launched today. The London Fire Brigade has created a sing-a-long cartoon which will be shown in nurseries across the capital. Patrick Goulbourne, Borough Commander for Islington, speaks to London Live News about the fire safety film.
