London prankster proposes to strangers

You may have seen 21-year-old Julius Dein, making brave efforts around the capital to woo Londoners by getting down on one knee - but the problem was they where all strangers and it was all a prank.

The King's College student, who has previously filmed himself trying to hold the hands of random members of the public, is fast becoming a YouTube sensation.

He told London Live about his social experiment.
