Minimalist to spend money on just bills and food for a year

Inspired by the mass consumer movement around Black Friday, journalist and minimalist Michelle McGagh is intending to do exactly the opposite. 

Over the next 12 months Michelle has set herself the challenge of only spending money on her bills and food. 

After forking out £400 on take-away coffee alone in the last year, we asked Michelle about the motivation behind her money-saving resolution.
