A 24-hour strike by junior doctors in England has been called off, but major disruption has already been caused as thousands of operations have been cancelled. The British Medical Association agreed to suspend the walk-out following a last-minute breakthrough in talks with the government over a new contract. Shiri van der Bijl, a junior doctor and Nic Conner from the conservative think tank The Bow Group joined Anthony Baxter in the studio.
