Londoners lose out due to lack of sleep

Londoners lose 8.5 days of work a year due to poor sleep according to new research by Big Health. It's said to cost the UK economy £100 billion a year, not to mention resulting in sickness and bad concentration for many of us. Peter Hames, the co-founder of the London-based digital medicine company, joined London Live News to reveal how his own struggles prompted the study.
