London's A&E departments reaching crisis levels

The majority of A&E departments in London are regularly reaching crisis levels. The highest warning status sees no beds available and no capacity to treat patients in need of critical care on a daily basis in some parts of the capital. The Evening Standard's Health Editor, Ross Lydall, broke the story on London Live News.
