What it is really like to be a property guardian in London

With squatting a big problem in London, many of us would probably know about property guardians.

People who live in empty buildings to ward off squatters in return for low rents.

And that's what a new Channel 4 comedy is about. 

'Crashing' follows a group of twenty somethings living in a vacant hospital.

Kevin Harris and managing director of Ad Hoc Property Management Simon Finneran explain what it’s really like to live as a property guardian.
