The Pop-up Saffron Farm in South London

When you think of Croydon, you probably don't think about Middle Eastern spices. But a pop-up Saffron Farm has been growing in the South London borough for the past 5 months.

The valuable spice comes from the Crocus flower - and as this crowd-funded project comes to an end, locals and community groups are sharing the plants across the 24 wards of Croydon.
