£1.1 million pound boost for Blackhorse Lane

Waltham Forest Council has been awarded £1.1million to put towards the regeneration of Blackhorse Lane in Walthamstow.

The money has been given to the East London council by the Greater London Authority from its London Regeneration Fund.

The council plans to spend the cash building a Creative Industries Zone to encourage creative startups to settle in the area.
