Young people take social action to tackle community issues

Thousands of young people have worked to tackle issues in their local communties.

It's down to a youth programme by the National Citizens Service, which has provided 8 million hours of social action over the last two years.

The Hammersmith-based charity, Only Connect, is one of the organisations to benefit.
