A luxury fashion outlet, hailed as the first of its kind in the inner city, has been unveiled in east London.
Hackney Walk will see a number of high end brands move into railway arches just off Mare Street.
Each unit will offer items at a discounted price.
The new retail space opens in May and was partially funded by the Mayor's office which put forward £2 million.
But there are concerns the scheme is another sign of the area's gentrification and could push up rent prices.
