Londoners pay the price for £886m Tube upgrade delays

A new report claims Londoners are paying the price for serious financial mismanagement at Transport for London. The London Assembly's Budget and Performance Committee claims TfL lost almost £900 million in an ill-fated signalling upgrade contract with train manufacturer, Bombardier. Speaking to London Live News, Liberal Democrat London Assembly Member Stephen Knight says it's money which should have been spent on transport improvements.
