Shepherd's Bush market traders win court appeal

Market traders in Shepherd's Bush are celebrating after the Court of Appeal overturned a compulsory purchase order originally imposed by the government. The judgement in the High Court said the proposed redevelopment didn't offer enough safeguards for the market traders, some of whom have been there for almost a century.
