Superheroes fight grime in Sutton

Neon rubbish bins, chewing gum art and superhero cigarette ballots are being launched in Sutton in an attempt to tackle litter in the south London borough. Sutton Council claims the campaign will save taxpayers £3million. Sutton High Street is believed to be the first in the UK to introduce the novel approach to fighting grime.
