London Fire Brigade's youngest recruit

A 7-year-old has been appointed London Fire Brigade's first ever Young Fire Safety officer.

Archie Cosaitis will help teach his peers about fire risks at home as part of the role.

He'll also join a series of educational open days at fire brigade stations on the weekend of April 9th.

The events are part of celebrations to mark the 150th anniversairy of the Brigade, in conjuction with Playmobil.
