For some, turning 30 can seem like the end of youth. For Emily Hartridge, it was the start of an opportunity.

The actress and YouTube star, suffering delayed shock of entering her third decade, set about coming up with the concept of Oh Sh*t I'm 30, which is on All4 now.

She told Luke Blackall the thinking behind the programme.
