Young dementia sufferer talks about her plight in making Brent 'dementia friendly'

A local charity is calling on the borough of Brent to be made "dementia friendly".

Leading the campaign is 47-year-old sufferer, Dianne Campbell who was diagnosed when she was just 44.

She wants people to know that the condition doesn't just affect the elderly.
