Spinning, basket weaving, wood turning and something called wet felting.
You'll find them all at GrandFest, a mini festival which sees some of the UK's most skilled senior citizens passing on their knowledge of traditional crafts.
The event, now in its second year, is organised by the Royal Voluntary Service, a charity supporting older people.
12 craft experts dubbed 'GrandMakers' will host a series of masterclasses.
Grandfest 2016 takes place on Sunday June 5 in Spitalfields.
