Londoners put less emphasis on relationships, study reveals

Londoners are among the lowest group in the country when it comes to rating the importance and impact of good relationships on our health and wellbeing.

That's according to a new report by the Mental Health Foundation. It also claims half of adults in the UK regret not investing more effort into this part of their lives.

The charity's Chief Executive, Jenny Edwards, and mental health campaigner, Luke Tyburski, told us about the importance of relationships when it comes to maintaining positive emotional wellbeing.
