First-ever Hello Kitty afternoon tea hits London

Oh yes, she's coming! On Wednesday, June 1, Soho-based Cutter & Squidge will debut a very special Hello Kitty Secret Garden inside their shop where they will serve sumptuous Hello Kitty Afternoon Teas for foodies and Hello Kitty fans.

Cutter & Squidge will also be carrying a range of oh so cute Hello Kitty goodies for fans to feast on.

The menu to the much-awaited Hello Kitty afternoon tea, the first in Europe, consists of pink lemonade, choice of loose leaf tea, sandwiches, savoury cheese scones served with red pepperrelish and cream cheese, coronation cracker, strawberry milkshake biskie, apple pie mousse, chocolate mud pie, jelly, vanilla cookie, ice cream, pink lemonade marshmallow, cake truffle and dipped strawberries.

And there's a 'Tiny Tea' version for the younger foodies that are eight years and under.

The afternoon tea, in collaboration with the official Hello Kitty creator, Sanrio, will run for three months. All bookings from June 1 until August 31 between 11am and 5pm will be for the Hello Kitty Afternoon Tea only.
