Online counselling service supports young people in Lewisham

An online counselling service is providing support for children and young people in Lewisham. 

Kooth offers 11-18 year olds with anonymous sessions with trained counsellors, helping to those who might fall through the net of NHS services. 

Elaine Bousfield, Owner and co-founder of Xenzone, who runs the service, explained why accessing help through a digital medium helps remove the stigma attached to accessing mental health support.
