Havering school clamps down on poor parking

Dropping kids off at school can be tricky when there's nowhere to park, but one school in East London is pioneering a new technique to deal with parents who park irresponsibly. 

Wykeham School in Havering has issued over a thousand parking tickets to parents in the past, so it's now decided to implement Public Space Protection Orders to make bad parking a criminal matter.
