Royal Opera House pensioners start London tour

An unconventional opera group has begun it's tour of the capital.

The All Together Opera Company is run by the Royal Opera House and brings together over-65 year olds from sheltered housing and lunch clubs in Camden and Westminster.

The community helps older people to learn new skills while combating social-isolation and promoting wellbeing.

The group has created their own work, "The Trial of Fire and Water," and is taking it to community centres over the summer.

We were invited to the premiere performance.
