We must "crack down" on hate crime, says Communities Secretary Sajid Javid

Communities Secretary Sajid Javid has visited a Polish centre in Hammersmith that was vandalised with racist grafitti shortly after the EU referendum.

Mr Javid met with members of the community, telling them the government would be taking steps to tackle the rise in hate crimes in the capital.
