Charity supporting veterans wins national award

The London Taxi Benevolent Association for War Disabled has been voted the UK's best voluntary project.

Thanks to National Lottery funding, they have been running trips for war heroes since 1948, including an annual seaside visit to Worthing.

World War Two veterans gathered in Chelsea to celebrate the charity's work.
