'Graveyard of life jackets' covers Parliament Square

2,500 life jackets used by refugees crossing the Mediteranean, have been laid out in Parliament Square today - a reminder to politicians of the on-going movement of people on the continent. It comes ahead of a summit in New York - where the Prime Minister is expected to criticise the West's response to the crisis.
