New app encourages women to get Fitssi

A new app is helping women find training partners in order to help boost their fitness levels.

The Fitssi mobile app uses GPS to connect exercise enthusiasts, adding a social element to their workouts as well as helping them to discover local fitness classes.

It's been created by Chris Sweeney and Katie Booth, who found many women felt too intimidated or embarrassed to enter a gym.
