The Slave comes to Tristan Bates Theatre

Rehearsals have begun for a revival of Amiri Baraka's play The Slave. Although written and set in the 1960s America the shows director, Rachel Heyburn, feels the piece could open up a dialogue about inequalities still prevalent today. The show will be on at the Tristan Bates theatre from October 11th - October 29th to coincide with Black History month.
