Almost a thousand tech companies in the capital have no women on their workforce

Almost a thousand tech companies in the capital have no women on their workforce. That's according to a new study by the organisation which represents the sector. Tech London Advocates says 60% of its members feel the industry is failing to tackle its diversity crisis. More than 800 leading professionals will gather at the Olympic Park later to discuss the problem. The Home Secretary's comments on immigration also likely to be on the agenda. Russ Shaw is the founder of the Advocates.
