Rise in the number of people hospitalised after taking synthetic drug - Spice.

Charity workers say they've noticed a sharp rise in the number of people being taken to hospital after taking the synthetic drug - Spice.

They say it's a particular problem among rough sleepers because of its low cost and wide availability.

Westminster Council wants the police given more powers to deal with it.
