British Citizen Youth awards

An awards ceremony was held at the House of Lords last night shining a more positive light on young people.

Twenty children and teenagers were honoured at the first British Citizen Youth awards, each having made a significant contribution to society.

One of those picking up an award was 15 year-old Ryan Wiggins from Watford.

He joined London Live along with the founder of the event Mike Faulkner.
