"We Are The Lions": North London remembers the Grunwick strike

Forty years ago a group of mostly female asian workers at a North London factory walked out over working conditions.

It sparked a two year long strike which would captivate the country's attention gaining the support of several trade unions.

The Grunwick protest and the women who started it are now the focus of a new exhibition.

You can catch the "We Are The Lions" exhibition at the Willesden Green library until the 26th March.
