South Norwood business fight pavement trade fees rise

Shops in South Norwood say they are under threat of closure after Croydon council has risen the licence fee rate to display goods on the pavement outside by more than 1500%. 

One shop keeper says the hike in fees has affected his business so much he could close within a matter of months.
