"TfL needs to encourage more building on its land"

The chair of the London Assembly Housing Committee has said TfL needs to do more to encourage building on the small plots of redundant land that it owns across the capital. Conservative's Andrew Boff said that it was good at encouraging large scale housing developments but are missing out on the smaller developers and individuals who might make use of the smaller plots. He was speaking ahead of a report published on the matter later this month.
