Victoria Embankment Gardens is not for profit say activists

Campaigners in the City of Westminster say they are worried that open spaces in the borough are under threat.

A production company has applied for a planning application to use Victoria Embankment Gardens near Charing Cross to put on a musical for 9 months next year.

Activists say open spaces in the borough are increasingly being used for commercial profit and it has to stop.
