The party can go on - Fabric nightclub to reopen its doors

Fabric nightclub is set to reopen after a last-minute appeal was heard at Highbury Magistrates Court.

The club had its licence suspended by Islington Council earlier this year, after the drug-related deaths of two teenagers.

But following negotiations between the club, the council and local police, it's being allowed to continue trading under a strict set of procedures laid out in a 155-page document.

Those wanting to head there to celebrate will have to wait, however, as it's likely to be some weeks before it can welcome clubbers again.
