Christmas Appeal: Centrepoint's hopes for a new helpline

This year the London Live and the Evening Standard's Christmas Appeal is raising money for Centrepoint to launch a free helpline.

It will offer advice and support to young people who are homeless or at risk of sleeping rough.

Paul Noblet from the charity says hopefully the system will be rolled out to online and text services as well.
